Banana fights against Cancer

According to Japanese Scientific Research, Full ripe banana with dark patches on yellow skin produces a substance called TNF ( Tumor Necrosis factor )

TNF has the ability to combat abnormal cells. The more darker Patches it has the higher will be its immunity enhancements quality.

The riper the banana the better the anti-cancer quality.

Yellow  skin banana with dark spots on it is 8x more effective in enhancing the property of whit blood cells than green skin type of banana's

Ingredients :

Fine Chopped banana Stem : 1 cup (chop it as very small pieces and remove the fibers) 
Curd                                   : 2 cup
Turmeric powder               : ¼ spoon
Chopped Onion                 : ½ cup
Chopped Tomato              : ½ cup
Curry leaves                     : 5 to 10 leaves
Oil                                    : 1 spoon
Mustard                           : ¼ spoon
Cumin seeds                    : ¼ spoon
Urad dal                          : ½ spoon
Moong dhal:                   : ½ spoon
Ginger                             :  ½  spoon paste

Lets start::

1. mix the curd with the chopped banana stem.
2. Add salt and Turmeric powder. Keep the mixture for 30 minutes.
3. heat a pan and add half spoon oil and wait for few seconds. ( Use the mud made Pan instead of the steel items )
4. put mustard and wait for mustard splutter
5. Add curry leaf, Ginger paste and chopped onion. Fry for few minutes until the onion color change to slight golden color. (u can add bit salt at this time, so onion will turn golden color very quickly).
6. Add Urad and Moong dhal. 
7. Add tomato and fry until it goes soft. 
8. Add these fried items with the soaked banana stem mixture. (No need to fry this mixture again). Ready to serve.

Pasalai Keerai Kootu/Kulambu/Gravey

Ingredients


Spinach leaves washed and chopped : 3 cups
Split green gram/moong dal – half cup
Cooking oil – 2 spoon (Alaways use less oil)
Salt – as per taste (Always use less salt)


Need to grind: ( Grind everything and keep it away )


Coconut :2 piceces of coconut
Coriander seeds : one spoon
Red chilly : 1 or 2 pieces
Pepper : half spoon
Cumin seeds : half spoon
Garlic : 2 or 4 pods
Curry leaves : 5 to 10 leaves


Need to season:
Mustard : half spoon
Black gram : half spoon
Onion : 2 chopped
Tomato : 1 chopped
Curry leaves : 5 to 10 leaves
Asafetida i.e perungayam : pinch
Garlic : 2 pods
Turmeric powder – half spoon


Lets start:::


1. Soak split green gram for half an hour and drain.
2. pressure cook green gram.( I suggest not to use cooker. use the ordinary vessel even if it takes time. use  )
3. heat a pan and add half toon oil wait for few seconds. ( Use the mud made Pan instead of the steel items )
4. put mustard and wait for mustard splutter.
5. Add black gram, garlic, curry leaves , asafetida and keep for few second.
6. Add the onion chopped and fry for few minutes until the onion color change to slight golden color. (u can add bit salt at this time, so onion will turn golden color very quickly)
7. Add tomato and fry untill it goes soft.
8. Add salt and mix it well.
9. Add the spinach and fry... wait for the water to come out of the spinach.( spinach has some amount of water in it )
10. Add turmeric powder once the spinach color goes to dark green.
11. Add the cooked green gam and mix it well.
12. Take it away and use a wooden mathu (it is called keerai mathu) or grind coarsely in blender.
13. Add suficient water and boil the blender for few minutes.
14. Add Coriander Leaves at the end. Tastey and healthy spinach kootu/kulambu is ready to server.

Introduction

Hi All,
I have started this blog just to explore the old Indian fresh cooking methods which we lost or forgot almost everything and started running behind the Fast foods, pizza's,burgers..etc. We know we are spending more money to eat the craps. But what we don't know is we will have to spend more money to hospitals like me.


Actually I was running behind those fake crap foods until 6 months before. What made to open this blog.... Yes, I have faced the severe health problem and the past 4 months was hell, I don't want those black days in my life again. 


I spent so much money in hospitals but no use. More over finding a good doctor and hospital is another pain. If you are not reaching the correct hand your life will become question.


One good thing happened I had to go to my village to sell my property after years I met a old lady who is friend of my Grand Mother, Trust me she is 90+ but she works in the field. Oh god... I am just 30 and I can not do what she is doing in the field at the age of 90+. People who i met in the village all are healthy and living the peaceful life.


Same question in my mind.... why am i not that healthy ? Started the R&D there... found only one thing... only one thing which makes their life better. They cook fresh and they eat fresh and they work hard.


Me... Let me compare... i am not stopping you to compare though...
COOK FRESH... ha ha ha.. I am a busy man i don't wanna waste my time.(This was my mind set till i visit village)....
EAT FRESH... ha ha ha... yes i eat fresh in McDonald's.. subway... etc etc etc...
WORK HARD ... yep. i work hard in front of computer and siting all the day. i don't have time for jogging and walking...


If your answers are similar like mine... then you are also in trouble...


My hope is that there are people who still knows our old fresh cooking methods. I have started the journey to explore those items and let the India know about that. Lets make a healthy India. I know it will take more time... I have a hope.
